    I can only recommend Passbolt. It uses GPG to store passwords and a browser plug-in to decrypt them, so stealing the database isn't that much of a concern. You can self-host it (both free and paid) or pay for the SaaS version. It doesn't support Azure's SSO though and you'll always need your key file (stored by the extension) anyway.
