  Had to call the bank to file disputes for transactions that are older than 60 days old. As I used a payment plan via partial.ly, I also had to make 6 disputes over the phone (1 for each transaction), that was not an issue, as the nice lady did everything for me once collected the details regarding the situation.   If you have a set space that you want dedicated to displays, I would email moducase directly for them to build you something. It's not any more expensive and they will work with you to get the perfect display. The offer partial.ly payments to break up the cost. Source: about 1 year ago
