If you want a live chat widget with HelpKit, the widget allows you to hook up one of many live chat providers… One of them called Papercups is actually fully free to use such as Tawk + more privacy friendly :). They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead.
