Another option, for a dedicated ticketing/helpdesk system, is osTicket. Self-hosted is completely free, and I had it up and running inside of an hour, from creating a fresh Debian LXC, installing Apache/MariaDB/PHP8.1, and uploading the requisite files for osTicket followed by the initial setup. We use MantisBT at work. Simple, just a trouble ticket tracker, no bells and whistles, which is exactly what we wanted (along with a REST API I was able to integrate it into the app so that users don't even have to open the site). Source: about 2 years ago
