Our key values are simplicity and universality. People often say that the two can not be combined. Are they right? At OrgPad, we prove them wrong. But why does OrgPad succeed somewhere, where everybody else failed? The key is a simple realization. In order to succeed, we have to mimic the way we operate in our heads not the way we work in the physical world. This revelation leeds to vast consequences. OrgPad removes obstacles by combining the most important features of all common software tools in one. Thanks to the careful selection and masterful implementation of these features, OrgPad can be used by anyone in just a few seconds. OrgPad simply allows you to work in one place. Is that all? No. OrgPad is also a visual tool that leads you to information decomposition and consequent depiction of the relations among the individual parts. This gives you a better understanding of what you are working on and you will be able to progress faster. OrgPad revolutionizes the way you work. It significantly increases your productivity and helps you focus on whats important. OrgPad solves the rest for you.

The 6 Best Free PowerPoint Alternatives in 2022
Prezi, like Google Slides, is a web-based presentation tool that means it retains an element of accessibility that is lost with Keynote. Prezi’s great strength is animation. It is not a platform for the creatively faint-hearted. But, if you have the vision and the skills, it is possible to produce visually stunning presentations that will “wow” your audience much more than a...
Top 25 SlideShare Alternatives To Create & Share Online Presentations
Prezi got their start by being able to create an awesome viewing experience for the people you present for back when PowerPoint did not have built-in online presentation capabilities. It is still a great choice if you want to do just that, and you get a nice interface where you can manage your slides, as well as select who you want to share them with.

The 13 Best Presentation Apps in 2018
Tired of standard slideshows? Prezi is anything but that. It's more like a mindmap, with a large canvas that contains your entire presentation. You can have large graphics that connect everything—perhaps a galaxy, city map, ocean ecosystem, or detailed graph—with your points and graphics nested inside. The presentation starts zoomed out to give the big picture, then Prezi...

  • Any app/SW recommendations for huge mindmap?
Check out OrgPad which I am developing. It works differently that nodes are much more powerful, can contain arbitrary texts, links, images, videos or even other nested diagrams. So one can create really powerful things in it. Source: 10 months ago
  • looking for a way to create this type of mind map
Check out OrgPad. We offer a free canvas where anything can be placed and connected in an arbitrary way. One can insert images, videos, or even other websites and OrgPad documents. And beautiful presentations can be easily created. Source: 10 months ago

  • Damped Springs
At OrgPad, we apply a similar approach to all animations in the 2D canvas. You can try it out even on our home page which is actually done as an interactive OrgPage: https://orgpad.com. The motion is much more natural and smooth, as if things had a bit of mass/ momentum. We have an internal debugger that can be enabled using a keyboard shortcut to configure the anim framework live. There you can play with many... - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago

  • Help deleting personal information from Prezi
Hello fellow privacy enthusiasts, a very long time ago used Prezi for creating slides for a school presentations. I am able to find back to these as they contain my name. I would very much like to have these deleted, but I do not know the account that was used to create this as it was back in 2014. Source: 11 months ago
  • LPT: PowerPoint slides should be simple and concise. When giving a presentation, no one cares about the wall of elegant text you created.
If the speaker is able to use notes that aren't the slide (they're not relying on the slides being shown to the audience to be their own speaker notes), then I use the theory that the slides should provide "context, not content", except for specific details that someone might want to take down in their notes or have access to later, such as a citation. Otherwise, it's all about context, which of course includes... Source: about 1 year ago
  • LPT: Presentation slides are supposed to be simple and brief. Nobody is going to read your wall of fancy text when you give your presentation.
Use the notes area of a slide to provide the details. If you share the deck or look back on it later the details of what was covered is there but it will help you keep the main presentation clean. There are also tools like highnote.io and prezi.com that can help you structure your presentations very well. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Which website do you guys use for templates and icon repositories?
I have heard that platforms like canva, highnote.io and prezi.com presentations are pretty good. They have really modern outlooks and they have a large library of free content. Their licensing terms are relatively generous as well. What do you use? Source: about 1 year ago
  • What software do you use to make presentations?
If you want a really flashy presentation, Prezi is another one that no one's mentioned yet. Source: about 1 year ago
