The Overseer part In truth, I'm less familiar with and it's full feature set, But at a quick glance it looks like it would be similar to ombi (https://ombi.io/). There may be better places, since I've just stuck to the same one for years now (and don't need them often enough to look into alternatives), but I usually use either subscene or opensubtitles.
