Pingdom might be a bit more popular than NetXMS. We know about 3 links to it since March 2021 and only 3 links to NetXMS. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I use Zabbix in my lab only. According to that experience, it performs well. At work, we use netxms for monitoring multiple servers: https://netxms.com/. You install the agent on the client locations. You can configure it to collect any metrics you need. Another approach is combining a few tools. It's a pretty new computer, brand new job for me (though I experienced this in an old job as well) so I don't have a great baseline. As you can see, everything is good except the download speeds.
