I'm currently playing torn.com which has a global leaderboard system that tracks various stats, tho my favorite is the total Net Worth category. According to torn.com's documentation, there is limit of 100 req per minute. If you request data in the manner you describe... That can easily blow past the limit and may result in temp IP ban. Source: almost 3 years ago
