    I'll reveal that it was "Marble". I thought signing was a thing outside of the Apple store too. I.E. a package can _come with_ a signature or not, even when downloaded outside of the Apple store. I've whitelist installs with the "this one is not signed" intervention in System Preferences. I've also had off-store downloads that did not require that intervention.
