Try Multitouch. I made it first, then made Middle because a lot of people were using Multitouch for just the middle click. You can configure a gesture multiple times, then restrict each instance to a specific app. Source: over 1 year ago
I don't think there are native gestures in qtile. I use fusuma, since it works better for me on X11 and wayland, but I've also used libinput-gestures in the past when on X11, and that works too. Source: 6 months ago
