  How do I block msn.cn <-- china version of msn. And msn.com? I have them listed in the edge browser section of "Block, You've prevented the following sites from saving and reading cookies on your device."   I get the ISO or 32 or 64 bit. Install it with one of my MSDN keys and installs very smoothly Except.... I cannot really connect to the internet since IE 8 is not usable really, on a clean install the default pages are no longer working.   The way to value stocks is by running a DCF analysis. There's software that can do that for you, for example at: finbox.com. In a DCF analysis you have to come up with some estimates with regards to future revenue, capex, depreciation, EBITDA margins, and other things like that.
