I use the app Monefy… it’s simple to use. You can set up recurring income/expenses. It makes it easy to see what you’re spending your money on (Winners is my kryptonite). Source: over 2 years ago

I like Toshl https://toshl.com. It does what you request - allows budgeting & automatically pulls transactions from multiple banks, although you need a monthly subscription for connection to banks. In principle a mobile app, but allows you to download data in excel. Source: almost 2 years ago
