Is there anyone that owns this game physically and willing to scan the disc cover art? I've been browsing the internet for a few days and only found one heavily compressed scan on mobygames.com and on Internet Archive. If there could be any other website where I could find it, please let me know. Source: about 1 year ago

A computer gamer will find a community at GameFAQs or IGN Boards for example. And you can have very specialized communities for example for a specific computer game series, or if you're into Subaru Imprezas there's a whole forum for that as well called NASIOC, and many other non-tech topics too. NOW!!! Being a Pokemon game, I believe just using the Bulbapedia would help you A LOT. Then I would add an script/dialogue transcription of the game (sometimes you can find them in the "good and old" Gamefaqs. Source: 10 months ago

Here's the thing... while I voted for MobyGames over GameFAQs, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is my "definitive" answer.
MobyGames does have an immense listing of games, and actually has a filled out/detailed "cast and credits" section for games that are very niche/underrated. I also find the website much more pleasing to navigate as the interface is easier on the eyes. Honestly, I cannot think of many negatives, as I have not personally used the website for long (less than 1 year). So... again, not a "definitive" answer.
GameFAQs merely "wins" for the sake of having sheer active users, thus game guides and answers to other users' questions are fulfilled much quicker. The downside to GameFAQs? The moderation is complete garbage; the people behind it make up the rules as they go, and they certainly are biased. When you want to discuss a particular game, especially one that is AAA caliber, you will find a host of toxic trolls and just plain weird people posting off-topic threads/comments. Speaking to an actual human for technical support is nearly impossible. Don't
MobyGames is basically the good parts of GameFAQs + BehindTheVoiceActors + IMDB. GameFAQs is generally a cesspool like ResetEra + 4Chan + NeoSeeker.
I recommend - MobyGames.
