All of my teams are remote so I feel you. My favorite tool for this is Figjam but Miro is nearly as good. Everyone connects to a virtual board and puts stickies on the board. The software includes a timer and even voting tools that are easy to use and visual for everyone. I'm surprised at the lack of comparisons to the Jamboard (https://workspace.google.com/products/jamboard/). Even the promotional images look similar. It is worth noting that Both Google [1] (since 2016) and Microsoft [2] (since 2018 ?) have their own collaborative whiteboard app. Yet Miro is almost the only one everyone is talking about. Maybe because it is by far the unique unicorn in the space (17B valuation/2012). Or is it the other way around ?
