   My opinion on Loop habit tracker

   I guess it's really safe cause it's open source, you can make notes on your habits but don't really do that. Its simple. Really fast. Haven't found a way to connect it to notion. In general it's a great app to track you habits. Does its job. Not more, not less.

  If you are in the US, it is fairly easy to get Ketamine therapy as it became legal in 2019. You could either look for a clinic to receive Ketamine infusions by IV (a bit pricy, between $300-$500 but more effective), or use a service like mindbloom.com to receive ketamine lozenge by mail to melt in the mouth.   My insurance covers ketamine treatments but none of the Ketamine centers around Madison accept it. It's expensive as hell. I considered the online thing mindbloom.com which is significantly cheaper but I"ve read some not very good things about it. Source: about 1 year ago

  Mindbloom.com is another option. Same general idea, you don't need to to leave the house. It's closer to $400 a month though, but has a larger staff from what I gather, and offers zoom therapy with your treatments (sometimes there's a 100 off coupon -- not right now unforch, just checked-- maybe next month).
