If you are in the US, it is fairly easy to get Ketamine therapy as it became legal in 2019. You could either look for a clinic to receive Ketamine infusions by IV (a bit pricy, between $300-$500 but more effective), or use a service like mindbloom.com to receive ketamine lozenge by mail to melt in the mouth. Mindbloom.com is another option. Same general idea, you don't need to to leave the house. It's closer to $400 a month though, but has a larger staff from what I gather, and offers zoom therapy with your treatments (sometimes there's a 100 off coupon -- not right now unforch, just checked-- maybe next month). Hey guys, thinking of tracking wellness metrics such as sleep water intake etc to a dashboard/app. The main tools I have found are Exist.io, Gyrosco.pe, and conjure.so. Not to complicate things but I use an app called Gyroscope https://gyrosco.pe/ and it ingests data from both Apple Watch and the Oura Ring to give you a more holistic view. Also, this way if I’m not wearing one device I’m still getting data from the other. Also using Pillow with Apple Watch for sleep when I wear the watch to sleep. But overall, I do agree that there is quite a gap between how Apple Watch and Oura... Source: over 1 year ago
