In terms of getting people unstuck and improving the app we just recently integrated Microsoft Clarity https://clarity.microsoft.com/ which is very similar to Hotjar 🔥 https://www.hotjar.com in our Android and Web apps ( not iOS ) The way it works is it doesn't record the screen but it actually reassembles a simulation of your screen and movements from our code and where it thinks you moved/clicked.
