  w2g is currently bugged at the moment; until it's fixed, I recommend you use a dedicated website/extension like https://getmetastream.com/ or https://hyperbeam.com/ as it is far better because you can use them for any site.   Have you tried watching it in another client? Maybe try this site, it's technically for watching things with another person but it might work. You could also use some online proxy like this one. Or use another browser. I'm not sure how the content restrictions work, or if logging out is an option for you.   We use a German website called SyncTube https://sync-tube.de/ . It allows you to watch YouTube videos in a group, with a collective chat box for comments. (And everyone sees the ads, so it keeps YouTube happy too, I believe.). Source: over 2 years ago
