Weje Reviews

  1. Absolutely love it!

All my mess with notes is gone (almost) :) I moved online my sticky notes, as a result, I stopped losing my ideas + I can share them with my team easily on a simple online whiteboard.

🏁 Competitors: Miro, Padlet, Milanote, Notion, Trello
👍 Pros:    Free|Its flexible and easy to use|Convenient|Great user experience
👎 Cons:    No calling/video calling feature
  2. I recommend WeJe.

I have been using the service for several months now. WeJe completely covers all my website design needs. The service has the necessary functionality for visualizing the menu structure, designing the content of individual pages, integrating with google docs, and much more. Working with the service is intuitive, there are no huge number of distracting buttons. Everyone can work in WeJe without training. I am sure that the use of the service is suitable not only for web developers, but also for designers, programmers, copywriters and many others. I recommend this service.

👍 Pros:    Compatible with google docs (you can work in documents directly from the service).|Simple interface.|Unlimited number of boards for different projects.|The ability to embed a video and watch it directly from the service, including youtube.
👎 Cons:    At the moment, i have not found it.

Not selfhosted/FOSS but I just checked one that I knew about from android and they do have a desktop version, maybe this is what you are looking for? Memento database. Source: 11 months ago
  • Software for tracking metadata?
I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for or not, but there's a program I use called Memento Database (https://mementodatabase.com/) that would probably work great for that. You could make a database with an entry for each person, and a tags field where you could tag them with various attributes, and then you can search for any tag or combination of tags. I do pay for their pro version (which includes... Source: almost 2 years ago
  • FOSS app for inventory?
The only decent app I ever found was not FOSS (Memento). I ended up using notebooks for each room (category) in Joplin. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Collect Guests’ ID?
I put together a little database for all this using Memento Database on my phone. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Local Project Journal
You might want to check out Momento Database. Not the most straightforward thing to learn, but once you have it set up it is easy to use. Lots of templates already built for project management, and you can attach files in various ways. Source: about 2 years ago
