   Allows you to make an accounting program without a programmer

   Nice tool, simple database/accounting program totally without code. Laconic English documentation (Sometimes you have to read Russian-language site with Google translate)

  I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for or not, but there's a program I use called Memento Database (https://mementodatabase.com/) that would probably work great for that. You could make a database with an entry for each person, and a tags field where you could tag them with various attributes, and then you can search for any tag or combination of tags.
