I Use Melio Payments (https://meliopayments.com/) - You can set up a free account and you can have them send you money or you can send out money via ACH (which is free) or use a debit or credit card account (Fee associated). I use it to pay my sub contractors weekly. You can only see the last 4 digits of the banking info once you have sent or received it. Ive been using them for almost 2 years and no complains. I don't think you need to be a holder of both. I put my mom on my Wells Fargo account and she sent to my account. There is also https://wise.com/us/ . This one I have used to send to someones account in Vietnam. It does have slightly higher fee. But it goes straight into their account. From Wells Fargo I would have to go and get USD then exchange it to Vietnamese currency. Source: 10 months ago
