Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it... MixMax → used for email sequences and pre-built templates for quick responses / follow ups. We chose MixMax because of its simplicity. It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles but it covers most of our needs when it comes to sequencing. It also has a handy Gmail integration that gives you many features when composing an email.
