• How does your SaaS handle transactional vs promotional emails?

  Email is hard. I spent a couple of days trying to figure out what would be a good fit for Disk Notifier. In the end, I settled for Mailjet. They showed leadership with creating MJML (an email template language) and support transactional email well. They also have a GUI for creating emails and a free tier. Source: over 2 years ago

  I open a support ticket describing the situation, expecting that it is a simple oversight, but I receive a puzzling response. Their support person claims that this IP doesn't belong to them, and that it is owned by "Sand Dune Mail Ltd".   Https://smtp2go.com maybe? Just discovered them the other day but yet to give it a whirl. Just when I was starting to double down on Postmark, they did this.
