MailArchiva EuropeanMXBeing one of the product's primary developers, I have a naturally biased opinion. However, I'd just want to state that, while there is always space for improvement, I believe that after 16 years of development, MailArchiva is presently in excellent shape for any firm, small or large, whose needs are aligned with common email archiving or e-discovery requirements.
With EuropeanMX, I have finally managed to effectively protect my business from spam and viruses in mail attachments. Setting up the spam filter was easy and took very little time. After switching the MX records to Eunetic's filter cloud, I no longer received any spam. The admin panel of the filter offers lots of setting options, but this is not necessary, as the filter already works great with the default settings.
The setup of EuropeanMX was simple and fast. With a few clicks, my domain became free of intrusive and unwanted advertising. Through the report function, I am regularly informed about blocked messages and can unblock a message with just one click, if I want to receive it. However, due to the high detection rate, this was only necessary in very rare cases.
The setup of EuropeanMX for our domain was very easy and fast. Within one hour we were able to continue working spam-free. The friendly and competent support was direct, without long queues and answered our questions in detail.
