At Lugg (https://lugg.com) we did a few things that would not scale. - My co-founder and I did all the Luggs ourselves in trucks we rented through GetAround for the first 4 months - My co-founder and I's names, pictures, and phone numbers were hard coded into the app as the crew to fulfill the Lugg before we had crews or proper dispatching - We launched without payments and would charge customers with a Square... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago

Look at these guys for jobs. Talk with a commercial insurance broker for the rest. Source: 5 months ago
I used https://goshare.co/ , which is sort of like Uber for delivery. It connects you to a guy with a truck. We both put the treadmill in the truck back, then he drove to my place. Cost for delivery was 43 minutes * $0.99/min = $42.57 . The used Nordictrack 1750 treadmill cost $200 (retails near $2000 new). I've run thousands of miles on the treadmill since then, some with intense HIIT -- no issues. Source: 12 months ago
There's this Uber-esque thing for furniture called GoShare I found. Anyone have experience with it? My estimate was $84, which is better. Source: about 1 year ago
Look at goshare.co they are hooked up with places like Ikea and furniture stores. IDK if they're in your area, but if they are, it could give you a good base to start your business. Source: about 2 years ago
I can get stake trucks, vans and other kinds for $19.95/day all day long. And, there's apps like goshare.co for that stuff, too. Source: over 2 years ago
