Lowe's VS Home Depot

When my wife and I bought our house a few years back it came with a lawn hammock that she has been in love with. All summer long she can be found lounging on it reading a book. I ordered some items from Lowes.com and they were out of stock after I ordered so they fedexed me a refund card cause I paid with gift card. I immediately got back on lowes.com and to buy replacement item and refund card didn't work, so I called support for about an hour and they couldn't get refund card to work and told me it was likely locked to in-store use only. What you are describing is not and installation problem but is a problem with the product, i.e. Thickness of the material. If you post your product selection from lowes.com we could give you an indication of whether the product was appropriate for installation on strip and pad. Source: 12 months ago
