  Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? • Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?

  Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago

  I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? I ensure that the address to receive the funds was Polygon Matic (on Por Coinbase)... however, the funds are not showing on Pro.coinbase.com and the transaction is completed on Metamask (Polygonscan)...any clues of what's going on?
