Noob surfing question: If MSW has days without stars, is it still surfable/worth going in the morning? I’ll be riding the biggest easiest foam board.

You might want to look at LazySurfer (https://lazysurfer.app/) I downloaded it and still don't use it so that might answer your question about my likelihood of using the app you're describing. But it appears this type of app has been done a couple times now. Source: almost 3 years ago
