I have tested other solutions , and I had some issues with Nginx because it was giving me 405 error everytime someone tried to make a post request to my server url, but with Laravel Forge that didn't happen and it was all smooth and successful.

I'm sure a bunch of people more knowledgeable than me will point you towards trendy solutions like Forge, Vapor, Heroku (is that still a thing ?) and other providers, so I'm not going to tell you about that because I'm not familiar with them. Most Likely scenario is that your client is using a service with something like cPanel setup. This is where they would get or set-up access credentials for you to then transfer the files via sftp.
