A lot of great suggestions here. Thought I might add a few as well: 1. If possible, filters like "Full-time/Part-time/Contract/Internship" 2. Salary filters. This might be tricky because the majority of postings don't contain the salary information upfront. 3. Some options include payment through a system like remote.com, direct payment of the whole gross salary to employee's private account (employee would pay their personal tax - not sure if possible in all countries) or the employee can register a company (usually he/she would be the only employee) and you would do a B2B payment of the gross salary to their business account.
