  Just downloaded Arc, very interesting, excited to try this new experience. I use komoot.com a lot to plan my bike rides, but when I opened it in Arc, it seems like it cannot render the map section because of Komoot not being able to access WebGL.   If you want to show polygons it is a bit more difficult. With the above map functions you can create a Choropleth map by using predefined regions (like countries, states etc.). But for custom polygons it won't work.
