Our security team uses them. It always strikes me as bad form when we are told "don't open e-mail from people you don't know" and "don't click on links in e-mails" and then we get e-mail from "knowbe4.com" that says "You've been enrolled in security training, click here to take it". I use knowbe4.com and test randomly throughout the year. If a user fails, they have to watch training videos. Everyone pretty much is like "ah you got me" No stress, no fuss. Source: about 3 years ago

You can run a phishing test to all users for free at knowbe4.com thanks to CHO Kevin Mitnick (Chief Hacking Officer). Then you compare your baseline from others that used the same email template. Our company clicked through at 4.5%, the average was 16% for that template. So you can at least get a baseline where you stand. Source: about 3 years ago

I'd also suggest reaching out to [alumni@jhu.edu](mailto:alumni@jhu.edu) but you could also try using your same address but use jhu.edu instead of jh.edu. Both should route to the same account. Source: almost 2 years ago

Hey, I was trying to setup my alumni handshake account to sign up for a preprofessional advising meeting. Whenever I type in my email address, which ends in jh.edu,I get an error saying my email must end with jhu.edu. Have any other alums dealt with this issue? Thanks! Source: almost 2 years ago

[RESOLVED] Update: So upon trying several times, I was able to load the Microsoft log-in page. I initially placed my own email address but it wouldn't work so I tried just placing the SIS ID and the @ jhu.edu ending and it worked. Was able to successfully log in. Source: about 2 years ago

It is hosted on the jhu.edu domain but it is part of the JHU Web Services portal. It's like saying Google posted an article when really it is an article hosted on sites.google.com. Not the same thing by a long shot. Source: about 2 years ago
