There is Knight os which might be what you're looking for. It does have lackluster support for math functions but is great for homebrew games. They have detailed install instructions and allow you to revert back to the official os if needed. https://knightos.org/. Source: over 2 years ago

I love the idea of a 'sheet' where you can add financial data and have it figure out what it needs to calculate.
