Real easy to use-- at first. As time went on it got harder and harder to get it to work. Finally it 'lost' my password, so I couldn't use it, and 'Support' never got back to me; but they did send me a 'customer satisfaction survey.' Hah!

So yay that my account is back up. But in my opinion, its still not acceptable that it happens at all. If they suspect fraud, they need a better system to give the user a chance to have some input before locking the account for days. if you have bills and recurring payments setup to use privacy.com cards, this will cause you to have late payments and penalties.
