Jira may be extremely sluggish and require a large amount of memory on the client side.
Asana is a popular project management tool that has a lot to offer. It is fast and versatile, making it easy for individuals and teams to collaborate and get things done. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and there are plenty of features to help you organise and track your projects.
However, while Asana is a good tool, it is not the best on the market. One of its main weaknesses is its lack of advanced reporting and analysis capabilities. It can be challenging to get a comprehensive view of your projects and how they are progressing, especially if you have a large number of them.
Another issue is the cost. Asana can be expensive for teams with a lot of members, especially when compared to other project management tools that offer similar features at a lower price point.
Asana is a very representative app for the work environment I'm a part of with team members and users it's stellar for: • To manage it on the web and portable devices • With option and manageability on the web • To set up projects and invite team members. • The projects have a roadmap to know the displacement of each activity. • Tasks can contain subtasks to keep track of work • Allows granting tasks, define expiration periods. • Effective and useful for adding files, making comments, and tags.
Absolutely the best when it comes to project management and collaboration. We use Asana regularly and couldn't imagine working without it. https://www.gend.co/asana

As always said, communication is the key to success. A team must communicate with one another to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings. A remote team can establish good communication among all team members by using certain tools we have like Vocal, and Asana etc. - Source: Reddit / 13 days ago
In March 2020 Covid hit and I found lots of time to experiment again. I tried everything but nothing seemed really good. This is when I stumbled on Asana. As my job shifted to more of long-term projects, it seemed like a nice fit. Asana had a calendar that you could “subscribe” to and view it on Google calendar, but it was only 1-way and not great for making changes. I would have to go to Asana, make a time and/or... - Source: Reddit / 16 days ago
