As a side note - I have been using https://inkarnate.com/ and it has a lot of cool features for making maps. The Portrait or Landscape options with a 10x13 or 13x10 grid is pretty similar to the hero kids grids and prints well on regular letter sized paper. Try donjon.bin.sh and whip up a quick level or two. You get to set the parameters for size, density, etc, and it includes descriptions. For a quick dungeon it is hard to beat. You can also print your map and a players map. Source: 10 months ago
