I agree. In my perfect world, that food would be donated to soup kitchens throughout the country. But nope, that wouldn't be making anybody money:/ So what one company has done is "imperfectfoods.com". How do you feel about vegan recipes? I make purplecarrot.com recipes a lot (even if we don't buy their boxes) - their entire recipe database is free to use https://www.purplecarrot.com/plant-based-recipes and all recipes are vegan so no dairy, no egg. I hate to plan my meals and go grocery shopping. What’s saved me is getting a meal kit service. I get four meals with two servings for $95 a week. That takes care of dinner and some lunches.
