With http://ifttt.com/ you can do that but I have no experience with iOS. Basically you set an rss feed to a specific folder and when there's new content on that folder, IFTTT will push a notification to your device. I used to do this using Inoreader and Pushbullet (both on Android). While it worked, there could be a considerable delay since the RSS newsreader has some time intervals between requests.
