Honestly though, I don't really use many third party apps on the watch. I use HomeRun (along with the developer's other apps HomeCam, HomePass, and HomeScan), and I installed µBrowser for fun, but all the other third party apps on my phone that have watch versions remain uninstalled. The method that seems to work most reliability with all devices and all ecosystems is a Zigbee2MQTT software hub running on a computer alongside Home Assistant.
