HaloPSA has been a great experience for us. We have been using it for just under a year and had tried several systems before we found HaloPSA. HaloPSA was the only one that ticked all the right boxes with its modern, clean and fast interface, huge array of integrations, fantastic support and very competitive price.
HaloPSA might be a bit more popular than Freshservice. We know about 4 links to it since March 2021 and only 3 links to Freshservice. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples.
