Btw you don't have to use draw.io you can use whatever diagram software you want like microsoft visio or lucid chart etc. Or you can manually do it with word's shapes and stuff, lot's of options out there. I had the same problem with draw.io which was fairly annoying and stopped even trying becasue the other things it does not even embed are comments . It's basically just a pdf of the draw.io diagram. Fairly bootleg embed features as of now not allowing 2-way embeds. - Source: Reddit / 13 days ago
