You can configure your computer, if you know how, to show you the link, if it doesn't already, when you hover over it with your mouse, or you click (or tap) and hold the link before you actually follow it. Use the free photopea.com. Close the top blue banner, if there is one, by clicking the X. Then load your photo and use the Color Replacement brush from the left tool bar to paint over the area with the new color. Select the new color first, so it appears in the palette at the bottom of the tool bar.
