Gifs VS Instagfy

I'm trying to create a Gif image on the https://gifs.com/ site! But no matter how many times I try, it says "Your Gif Could not be created at this time." Why is that? - Source: Hacker News / 15 days ago

Thank-you. I clear Cached Web Content and Cookies as well as AppData/Roaming/Microsft/Windows/Cookies, AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary Internet Files and AppData/Local/Temp at least four/five times every day. And regularly full scan with MAlwarebytes, Microsoft Security Essentials, SUPERAnti Spyware and other tools. I'll have a look at AdwCleaner. I found the culprit, add-on Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar... Disabled all add-ons then worked through the list enabling each one-by-one. Found the culprit Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus 1.10 which is unfortunate as the principle reason for me switching to Waterfox was to have this legacy of multi-row bookmarks where I have the contents of my Bookmarks toolbar displayed across my screen in five rows.
