I would reconsider your approach just extend Geonode https://geonode.org/ +MapStore https://www.geosolutionsgroup.com/technologies/mapstore/ and add additional mapping apps and features to that robust proven solution. Look at zoo-project http://www.zoo-project.org/ for OGC API PROCESSES (WPS) and expose to map clients ability to do analysis and conversion and geoprocessing hitting this nice API. Utilize power... I would assume not. They seem to be CG-Nat based modems, you'd need to invest in solutions like localxpose or gaming vpns like Cyberghost VPN if you need ports. I don't think CG-Nat will ever support port forwarding. Source: 10 months ago
