  I would say that just googling/searching on YouTube for a specific topic like recursion, backtracking, binary search tree, etc. Is really good for finding videos and websites that further break down the concepts and teach you tips for how to implement them. geeksforgeeks.org is a really good website that I can think of that helps a lot with understanding the topics in 106B, and general computer science topics and...   For practicing algorithms, use any of the freely available websites like https://hackerrank.com https://codechef.com https://projecteuler.net A structured set of practice problems are available at https://www.interviewbit.com/courses/programming/ Avoid https://geeksforgeeks.org because it has a ton of material but very poor quality control.   CS is computer science. Also check out edx.com It is hosted by Harvard and if you pay for the course which is very little you get a certificate from them. There is also groupings of courses were you can get a business certificate. Also check out udemy.com. Wait for the specials for $10-15.   Core coding and IT skills are a must though. Pick a language you followed and liked at Uni, check there is decent job demand for it, and do a udemy.com course on it (great value, great content, very cheap).   If you're prepared to do self-study, take a look at the udemy.com learning site. I paid somewhere in the region of £15 (they retail for around £60-70 in general but always come on sale at some point) for a number of courses (incl. languages).
