There was a file for the black edition, and I tried to download it but it redirected me to some website which tried to download some goatsmpw .rar into my system, which chrome blocked. Game Copy World most likely will have the .exe as you stated it is an older game. There may even be tutorials on copying the CD contents to the drive so it is not needed, some older games had some unique workarounds but not knowing the game I can't know for sure. Source: over 2 years ago

Try, running as administrator, installing another game patch/crack from https://gf.wiretarget.com/ or https://megagames.com/ if nothing works try downloading all redists, frameworks, libraries or whatever that are required for your game.
