  • What at home fitness video programs do you love?
I use FitOn. My employer provides access to it for free (Premium I think it $30/year) as part of our benefits package. Source: 10 months ago
  • I can't help but feel embarrassed to go to the gym
Https://fitonapp.com/ is free and there's tons of good workouts for all levels. Source: 11 months ago

  • hand/wrist strain
Get into an orthopedist that specializes in hands and wrists. They can offer you some PT exercises to strengthen those areas. Those helped me immensely. Someone on here also said pilates, and I agree with that, too. The FitOn app has a bunch of free workouts that I use. • Is anyone else planning anything cute/crafty/fun to announce to their parents?
I'm trying to continue jogging as I did before, but I've also been using FitOn - they have free online workouts, including prenatal workouts :). Source: about 2 years ago
