Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. Is there some app with at least million of downloads, which can set up multiple countdown timers, also it should be able to set recurring timers and recurring notification sound (in case I am AFK)! I can't find anything! I use countdown timer on Windows https://free-countdown.com/ Problem is I instantly close it (even with loud sound) - I don't even realize it happened.
