  For the character sheet, I took screenshots of the sheet from our current campaign and just slapped them all into one big image. We're playing in the Foundry Virtual Tabletop software with the Tidy5e and Inventory+ modules. I think those are the main ones affecting the appearance and layout of the character sheet.   Astral Tabletop https://astraltabletop.com currently has my attention. A free account is somewhat limited, and I can imagine you may need to only have uploaded whatever assets you need for the next session due to space limitations, but it's easier to use and way more pretty than anything else I've tried.
