Apromore is a process mining platform that allows managers and analysts to identify process improvement opportunities from execution data extracted from enterprise systems, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS). Apromore is a no-code process mining platform. All data preprocessing, dashboard editing, and data filtering and slicing operations are defined via point-and-click interfaces, without requiring users to write software code in scripting or query languages. Users of Apromore can extract process models enhanced with performance metrics, uncover positive and negative process deviance, visualize the dynamics of a process over time, and configure process performance dashboards by selecting from dozens of performance metrics. In addition to enabling users to analyze the performance of an “as-is” process, Apromore allows users to simulate the discovered process models to compare the performance of the as-is process versus one or more what-if scenarios.
